Example turn

In a few words:

Players work together as a team
Players can communicate in real life, exchanging ideas, if their characters are together in the game.
In each turn one player is leading, writing down the general strategy of the team, then the other players add particularities concerning their characters, but they cannot move from general strategy. In next turn, a different player will be the leading one. Players can leave their leading turn to another player, if that character is more adept for some situation (entering the mage guild, fighter passes the leading role to the mage, which is not repaid later)
After all three players give their strategies I further develop the situation in a RESOLVE phase, with dice throwing, consulting your sheets and my plot, returning the results and another turn begins. 
Two turns can be separated by days or seconds in game world.

Day 191, midday:
You are now only about a mile away from the signaling outpost on the top of the mountain and now you can see it is a stone tower surrounded by walls and few smaller towers, a tiny fort in fact. There is light coming from it, probably from a window high in the tower. The main signaling torch is off as it should be. In three days signal should come, so you arrived in time. On the path to the fort there`s a big house. You decide to knock to ask if there were troubles on this side of the mountain, and after no one answered you enter through the window. It looked normal at first but as one big closet almost asked to be opened two bodies fell from it, an older man, and a middle aged woman. The man was strangled and the woman's neck was broken. Both are dead for at least several days. There are two floors with six rooms, as it was obviously a house of someone who lived not from herding, farming or some craft, but had an income. Minor valuables are there, and it seems everything was normal in time of killings. No signs of struggle, also. 

Keith to Andrew, Chris (email) If people here are dead, I doubt everything is OK in the fort, as it is only minutes away. I'm not sure should we rush to the fort, investigate here ( maybe we can find clues what we are fighting against ), or split with one scouting the fort and others remaining here. I`m thinking about investigating first, maybe until tomorrow, but I`m also afraid whoever killed these people can destroy the great torch in the fort and cut communications…Ideas, anybody?

Andrew to Chris, Keith: I say we all go quickly to the fort to see what's there. We can return here anytime, bodies will not go anywhere.

Chris to Keith, Andrew:  I`m with Keith on staying until morning. Just a feeling. Look for clues, I guess.

Keith to Andrew, Chris: OK, we will stay until the morning, I`ll post the general plan immediately.

ALTERNATIVELY, ALL THIS CONVERSATION COULD BE IN MORE GAMEWORLD MANNER, ROLE PLAYING AS IT IS CALLED. IN THAT CASE I WOULD ALSO BE INCLUDED IN THE EMAILS AS A RECIEVER (CC), THE LANGUAGE WOULD BE A LITTLE DIFFERENT AND IT WOULD BECAME A PART OF A THIS EPIC IN WRITING FOR PURPOSES OF PUBLISHING IT, KEEPING IT, WHATEVER…

ALTERNATIVELY, ALTERNATIVELY, YOU DON'T NEED TO EXCHANGE ANY THOUGHTS. LEADING PLAYER CAN POST STRATEGY IMMEDIATELY AND THE OTHER TWO THAN HAVE TO FOLLOW THE GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR THAT TURN. YOU CAN SOMETIMES EXCHANGE OPINIONS, OTHER TIMES NOT, ITS UP TO YOU

Keith to me, others.
After seeing the bodies, Kalluf, Andigo and Falco decided to stay for some time in the house, probably until the morning, and to search the house and the nearest surrounding. Falco searches the lower floor, Andigo the upper, and Kalluf will do the 100 m around the house. Kalluf is mostly interested in possible tracks of the killer, if the ground is suitable. While outside he will watch the fort from afar for an hour to see if there is any movement. He is always armed and checks on his friends frequently. When the night comes the party will be barricaded on the upper floor, with watch duty.

Chris to me, others:
Falco, being what he professionally is, is most interested in the way the people were murdered, the way the killer had entered, and what is taken, if anything. He will try to find anything what is not originally from the house, but may belong to someone else, and also plans to figure out who this man and a woman were and if anybody else lived here. He buries the bodies after analyzing them and tries to prepare some food if nothing interesting comes up.

Andrew to me, others
Andigo flips everything in the upper floors, trying to see if anything is interesting. He tries to feel this place better, as he is sure Evil did the killings, and watches the surroundings from the upper floor.

Day 191, evening
Kalluf is a bit dazzled by absence of tracks around the house, except woman's, which are all days old and which show that she was doing most of the work around the house. It seems assassin left no tracks whatsoever. While looking at the fort he thinks he heard human shouts, like somebody is arguing. Falco is sure the old man was strangled by someone with long thin fingers and nails, and also sees the traces of the same short sharp nails on the woman's head as her neck was broken, obviously with one hand, which suggests some strength. He finds some documents showing they were father and daughter, and that her husband is presently Chief road warden of the upper Jinr mountains, which explains both good house and his absence. Andigo was firstly looking in a room when nothing was of importance, but as soon as he had seen the other room he realized a small bed was on a strange place, right beside the window. He finds a glass of fresh water next to the bed and saw that view from the window is such it covers the whole road leading to the house and the fort for miles. He sensed the same magic signature beside the bed which he sensed when he saw the bodies. It is one of the Evil ones he knows and he is mighty, and is using often this bed and this window to watch over the road. And he may come back any minute…
